Community Code of Conduct

This is the complete version of our code of conduct, which governs all interactions surrounding Lagrange Station, including both IC and OOC, in-game and out-of-game, and public and private interactions between members of the community.

• This community is an amorous space, meaning that our approach to queer liberation demands an openness to topics both adult and not. Consequently, minors are not permitted, and any deception in this regard warrants a lifetime exclusion from this space. It is crucial that our openness not be exposed to minors who somehow think themselves exempt from this rule. Conversely, this being an amorous space is not an open license to perform unsolicited acts of affection at others.

• This community is created by and primarily for a radically queer, anticapitalist, postfurry, and antifascist demographic. This means that members should expect to encounter every kind of delightful weirdness in identity, and be prepared to engage with such with an open mind and in good faith. We do not welcome those who hold misgivings about the trans, nonbinary, alterhuman, or plural communities, and we particularly do not welcome exclusionary medicalism or its adherents.

• We do not require peace at all costs, for we acknowledge the necessity of disputes — even unpleasant ones — in establishing and maintaining boundaries in healthy interpersonal relationships; however, we do require that members be judicious in their expression of negativity. Pointless bickering, flamewars, rampant toxicity, open disdain, and anything else resembling workplace abuse are entirely out of bounds. As we are listed on the SS14 Hub, this goes doubly for discussions about topics relating to other communities: Complaints and criticism are allowed; open hostility and mockery are not.
